Cofounder and Team Lead of PillBot, a health-tech company focused on developing a tamper-proof, take-home mini pill dispenser that allows for over-the-air monitoring and management of prescribed medication powered by Google's Cloud Platform.

As Team/Business Lead

Responsible for driving the external growth of the company.

• Delivered sales/fundraising pitches, raised over $30,000 over the course of a year via pitching at Pennvention, Rothberg Catalyzer, WeissPitch, FulPhil, Next47, M&T Entrepreneurship Award, etc.

• Completed applications for funding, created company slide decks, conducted market research.

• Main liaison and point of contact between sources of funding and the company. Led team of four people.

As Head of 3D Development, Hardware, and Frontend

Responsible for translating user and industry player feedback to a physical product, as well as delineating work amongst teammates when needed.

• Used Rhino/Autodesk to CAD models and 3D print rapid prototypes of PillBot to test mechanical design.

• Developed the first pass prototypes of circuitry code and functionality before tasking a team member to develop the refined PCB based on the initial design and functions.

• Built user interface prototypes and mockup wireframes, used CSS, HTML, and Javascript to develop.

• Worked closely with backend developer to integrate backend code with frontend display.

Cofounder and Full Stack Developer of PayLoc Corp, which ran from Summer 2017 to December 2018. PayLoc offered a new HR solutions platform that geofenced clock in/out shift requests and managed employee schedules for a firm.

Formed at the MIT Launch incubator,PayLoc proceeded to onboard larger customers with multiple employees per site starting with select Holiday Inn and Best Western hotels, offering an intelligent scheduler & payroll management solution.

To eliminate the monthly cost of a time clock service and to allow for multiple employees to clock-in and clock-out simultaneously from their actual work site, geofencing mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms were developed.

A scalable in-house developed node.js backend system linked to a redundant backend database supports the automation on Microsoft's Azure Cloud. Third party apis and extensions are leveraged to handle PCI, messaging and payroll check printing / direct deposit operations.

As Cofounder

• Spearheaded market research and customer discovery interviews. Mapped out pain points to tailor solution to a problem in the market to reduce stress and wasted time for business owners.

• Ran trials at Holiday Inn locations and handled onboarding for new clients.

As Full Stack Developer

• Developed the marketing website from concept to launch, created keyframe designs for product.

• Served as iOS Developer for companion geofencing clock in/out app, now on app store.
